I have used the Renovo stuff, it is not a water reppelant, it is water proofing. The softtops do get soaking wet, that is no problem at all.

Not sure about the 2.0 airbox, but for the M you have the Exdos mod.
The principal is the same, create a less resticted airflow in the airbox.

Just do a search on Exdos and you'll find a lot of info regarding airbox mods (and more)

I think this is as with everything......... You get what you pay for, the cheapo aftermarket kits would take longer to warm up hence not totally suitable for main beam flashing, some of the more expensive after market kits can actually flash like they are supposed to do. Especially if you know the Wiesmann comes with three types of interior finish........ and all three of them are way better than the BMW one.

The fitting of the Xenon bulbs and balast is of no issue to the headlight adjustment motor.
If it is not there, you have a different issue and might want to look for some headlight units which do have this motor still fitted.
