I'm Back!

Hi all

It's been a while but I'm back. Had a Z3 a fair few years ago in Montreal Blue all chromed up, sold it and now a fair few cars later I'm off to buy another one tomorrow.

Will post up pics and details when I get it home. Hope everyone is ok :)

Its 698 cc - only tiny, but the power to weight ratio makes it pretty nippy. It does 58 miles to the gallon as well :shock: Better for me really as money was a bit tight. It does 80 bhp at the moment, but re-mapping seems to be the "in thing" which will take it up to 110. Not too bad for s...

Does anyone, or has anyone changed their fuel filter on their Zeds themselves? My otherhalf bought me a fuel filter as a present (yes some women get flowers...) and i need to get it fitted. Demon Tweeks is where I got mine from.

You have to call them tho as its not advertised in their mag or on the website.

Note - its a racing boss - so u will need to tell your insurance company that its not collapsable.

Yeah it is that one. Spoke to both Andrew and Jeff at club office and they said there was a Zed Register stand but didnt mention who was actually organising it. Jeff said to contact him 3 weeks before the event and he will make sure Im down. Was just trying to see if anyone on here was organising it...

We had been there since 7.30am, stuck it thru rain and shine, but by half 3 just had enough!

I was quite lucky, all my star washers were in tact and the pegs werent broke, so just hooked the mesh over the pegs and secured it with the washers. If anything had broken I was gonna use some Sikaflex (bodyshop glue) which is apparently the best thing to use. I bought some just in case but didnt n...

Someone has stolen my chrome valve caps off my wheels from outside my house??? why?? Ive been told its kids using them for their bikes!!!!

About time we had some happy zeds on the road, like yourself all I see is miserable ones :?

I also cant believe how many have their roofs up in 31 degrees heat! Unless they are sunburnt and taking advantage of the air con!
