224M z4m coupe wheels

Guys, long time no speak! been driving an E90 330D since kids etc, anyway...

Got a set of 224M wheels off my brother in laws Z4Mcoupe, they need a refurb and the tyres are pretty fcuked. What are we looking at as a fair price?

or you could by a nice shiny Gruppe M replica in carbon fibre, or there are a few others about now, Simota do one, or there are a few who have created hybrid ones from E36 M3's.

What's the point in that?? They have the same engine, same gearbox and virtually the same weight. Any performance difference will be down to individual driver talents (or lack of mechanical sympathy). ........and a little matter of the difference in aerodynamics of the ragtop and hard top variants....

I have one. fitted in the fag lighter hole. The hole needed to be bored out slightly, you need a relay as well.

Thanks Kipper, You've just saved me some heartache! i had one, it was well made, and IMHO it did allow the engine to breath better. BUT! it came with a K&N "look" filter, which imo was not as good as AL's. but the heatshield also needed trimming, once i did this it was very good, for ...

I have used Navman and TomTom, and i found the tomtom much easier to use, its like using a Nokia mobile, all the menu's do as you think they will. The navman may be a better satnav, but for user ease i would go with a tomtom.

I use admiral.

27 yrs old with my 22yr old girlfriend. fully comp with 3 years NCB and she had a crash last year (4k damage) and mine is just under £800 per year fully comp.

Thumbs up from me, but they dont like mods!!! So in summary, standard car yes, modded car. no. i suggest adrian flux for that.

i have seen people make a right mess of headlights before Name an example? :| I opened up 6 headlights and no water leakage what's owever. LOL well i have seen them left in to long, scorched etc etc. each to their own, i was only offering what i thought was a helpful (potentailly easier) alternativ...

i would plan a schedule.

1: wash, clay, clean paint, polish, wax.
2: wash, wax
3: wash polish wax
4: back to cycle 1.

i wouldn't clay it or paint clean it every time, i would say once every 2 months. just get a decent base of polish on, then wax weekly. will be good for a month or 2 easy.
