Well I got the alloys repaired today by kickstart motorcycles in City centre Manchester, he charged £40 for the front & £70 for the back which had split and needed welding. Overall not too bad. I'm pretty chuffed to get them repaired so quickly though he could've been more careful with the front...

I did exactly the same thing a couple of weeks ago, travelling along a dual carriageway where road resurfacing works were being carried out at the indicated 40mph. Saw the sign saying "ramp" which turned out to be more like a curb hit it with such force the fascia fell off the stereo and ...

The road is like a farm lane I sometimes take as a short cut, the winter weather has taken it's toll. The hole was full of water.

My fault entirely i'm sure, maybe i'll learn saving a few minutes isn't worth the risk!! :dunce:

Anybody know where I can get a couple of replacements?

Knackered two alloys - Gutted!!!

Hi Hit a pot hole on what I believe is an unadopted road and damaged (dented) the the inner part of both drivers side alloys causing puntures :head: Are these repairable? Or where can I get replacements without breaking the bank? They are split rim & I'd like to stick with the same. Anybody know...

Just came across this website www.wiesmann-mf.com/index.html the Coupe they make looks absolutely beautiful!! The roadster doesn't look bad either. Loving my 2.2 sport, it's quick enough for me & I love the exhaust note. I had a new Celica prior to this and the Beemer is a much better motor.

Looking good :D They are quite similar to the cross spokes on mine. They do take a little longer to clean, but it's worth the effort. I use this stuff on mine, the dirt just rolls off ...... motocross 5Ltr DIRT BIKE CLEANER Mick {Edited by NeRo to shorten the link and stop page scrolling L/R}

I've had this once, I was pulling so hard on the handle I thought it may break but it did open, some WD40 and it was fine!! That was late last year, not had a problem since but this reminder means I'm off to lube it up.
