You can get a roof rack from BMW for the coupe!

No fog lights are fitted the only ones you can get are from Hamann i think but then you have no air flow through the brake ducts :? You will be fine without fogs!

The 3L Z4 is a capable car, i had a play with one recently and there was only one winner :twisted: :lol:

My dealer also said the new Z4M coupe would wipe the floor with my S54 MC i dont believe it to be honest and would be close.

Do any owners of S54 find the clutch quite stiff compared to S50?
Test drove one today and it was quite stiff compared to my old one wondered if this was normal.

What to look for diff problems

Going to see another M tomorrow of the coupe variant and i just wondered what sort of inspections people do on the diff?

Remove boot carpet and have a look for cracks etc, but underneath what do you look for?

Any other tips would be appreciated!

I thought as much.. This car was shipped from malta, straight to the uk. Complete UK spec, it doesnt bother me so much but feel it would be difficult to re sell or even trade. Also ive heard the insurance is steeper.. Not having much luck on the sale so thinking of a swap instead?? not keen on the ...

The gruppe M should Roar, i had one on my old 328 vert and the sound was great.. The gruppe M is a good choice for a non M car..

The strut makes a huge difference and makes the whole car fell alot tighter you will be pleased!

I have a Pioneer XVIC X1R great piece of kit, the sat nav is spot on, vehicle dynamics is a cool feature and picture is very good..

After the recent rain i have noticed a slight drip coming through on the drivers side where the roof meets the windscreen in the corner.. On closer inspection i noticed that i can just see some daylight,where as on the passengers side i cant.. I thought it could be that the handle is not pulling the...

Alex.... Bushes should be covered if the car is low mileage. If it's done 60k + then that could be considered wear and tear. I got my 323i aircon tested and regassed for £60. I can get you the details if you're interested. The very common seat movement problem is considered 'trim' and so not covere...

I dont really like the M steering wheel i find it a bit big and clumsy!

Just wondered what alternatives there are? i want something classy but just a little smaller and still have the airbag function..

have looked around the net but cant really find anything that grabs my attention!
