My hard top goes on over the winter and I have some snow tyre chain cover things just in case It gets snowy but mine is definitely an all year rounder. I did have a bit of rust come through on the front "wing" which I felt wasn't helped by the salt on roads but with the panels being bolt o...

Engine oil sensor flashing £180!!
When i start the ignition on my M Roadster the RED oil level light flashes 9 times then goes out. Having checked the oil level with the dipstick I thought I would replace the sensor when I have an oil change. Popped into BMW and they quoted me £180 for the part but refused to let me have the part nu...

Estoril M gave me a wave this morning whilst "making progress" up the M6. I think the reg was P14 YAT but i was too shocked to do anything other than hang my gob open. I was in my Estoril M and I thought my rear view mirror was faulty when it appeared. So a belated Hi, if you are on here!!!

I noticed an elise today going over the Warburton 12p toll bridge near Lymm, Cheshire and having pulled up behind it noticed that it had some funny letters on the back. Tesla it said. I hadn't heard of this so looked it up and promptly fell off my chair when I saw the price of them. Good job I didn'...

Ah yes, thanks for that Robert. I reconnected the wiring and moved the seat so I could access the big bolt. Half done the job now so quite pleased but the electric seat isn't working so I can't tighten the rear seat bolts to the floor so another trawl through the forum ensues. The untouched passenge...

An loving the finish of snoops car. I washed & clayed mine this week. I gave it a quick polish and wax but having seen snoops photos feel that more effort is required. Can I just polish on top of my quick waxing or does this need to be removed before I get to work polishing? I don't usually both...

Hi Batchem1
I toured Europe 10 years ago in mine and was away for 8 weeks. Managed 17 countries and ended up in Africa. Every inch of space was used and we only had the roof up once as it was a glorious spell. Have fun, you have made me think of all the happy memories.

Checked with Eibach and they don't do a set of pro springs for the Z3M. They used to do a set but they are discontinued. As the engine is heavier i don't want to fit 3.0 springs. Surprised this isn't a widely talked about issue as everyone seems to say fit eibachs!!! Have ordered a set of H&R in...
