Sorry the roll hoops have gone. I was lucky enough to get the rest of the remaining car sold in a 1'er! Pics now add as you can see! Thanks for the kind comments. I guess its only a car at the end of the day and i am luckly untouched which is the main thing!

If you do it properly and not OTT then 'pimpin' can work on a Z! I have lowered mine (high adjustable coilovers), fitted the CSL replicas, rear spacers, custom backbox, black kidney grills and vents! Thanks muppet! I think the CSL's are one of the best looking wheels for a Z! I was thinking of getting new wheels but there is just nothing that will look as good (apart from some BBS ££££) I think everybody should get a set! Ha ha! :lol:

I was concered about getting aalloys that looked too 'aftermarket'. These imo look great on most BMW's i have seen them on! Only have a problem on the really harsh ones if there is someone in the car, just have to slow right down and go over them slowly. Nothing to put me off!

My Zed, now lowered and spacers fitted!

Here are some new pics of my Black 2.8. Since the last photos i have fitted black vents and grills, fitted coilovers and add 25mm spacers to the rears! All in all i am pretty happy with the look!

I have a set of replica 18'' csl style alloys on my black 2.8! I have just had coilovers fitted and i have rear spacers on aswell! No problems with clearance etc. I'll post some photos later today hopefully, i am awat to play around with the ride height, again!!!!!!!! :head: P.s, i might be thinking...

Hi Stuz I am also based in aberdeen and looking to get a remap done on my 2.8! There is a place in Fife i think that a lot of the VW guys go 2, Star Performance. I am yet to contact them about if they can do a Z3 remap. There are a few national companies that will travel to you but i think at a cost...

Having chatted to my mechanic i decided against coilovers! The cheapest ones i have seen are JAMEX ones for about £380! I am looking to replace the aerial on my 99 preface lift Z3. At the moment i have got the rather old skool looking metal lump! How do i go about replacing it for something more in keeping the the car!?

I do think that the chrome gills bring out the wheels a bit!?! Yeah it kinda does look like a model in that photo! Need to get myself a new camera with more megapixles! :head: Thats the only downside about these wheels, i would prefer the wider rears! Looks a little 'wimpy' from behind! :oops: Matt

There was a custom stainless steel exhaust on it all ready (i think!?) Its quite noisy and a lot noiser than my friends Z3m! I was thinking of stealthing it out a little, getting rid of the chrome kidneys and vents!? Anybody got photoshop to see what it would look like!? The wheels weren't expensive...

Yeah i heard about the wire harness in the boot, i did have a quick look at it before and it looked okay but maybe i will take a closer look! The interior light works when i turn it on but if i have it set in the standard position it normally doesn't work when i open the door, i think it will random...

The LED in between the seats? It doesn't do anything! I have never seen it light up at all!

Yeah the old key LED now lights up when you press the buttons!
Is the Alarm sensor on the rear view mirror?

Yeah it is the later key/remote in one! I have two keys, an old one that the red light doesn't light up on and a brand new one that works fine! Tried the re-programming and the key light flashes as the handbook says but the doors don't lock/unlock like they say they should! :?:
