I didn't know there were spacers for the front. The brackets on the front of the roof adjust left/right and backwards/forwards. The clamps on the rear of the roof adjust in all three axes. Intrigued by this thread, as I don't recall anyone mentioning that they had to change the headlamp bulbs when the swapped to later headlight units. Get the codes read and find out whether it is a wheel sensor or the pump/control board. Having the wheels off may have disturbed some dirt, or the wiring, but unless you read the codes, you won't know which wheel to check.

What bulbs are you running? A fair few of us have swapped standard for 100%+ brighter bulbs. Philips, Osram and Ring do variants, going by the names nightbreaker, silverstars and such. If you can't see it after that, remove the carpets and sprinkle talcum powder round the inside of the boot. Any water will makes tracks in the talc and you will be able to trace where it comes in.

Pot of touch up paint from Halfords for £11. Had to be ordered from the paint code. Dent and scratch on the double-skinned part of the bonnet, right through to the steel, after something came off the lorry in front of me on the motorway. Bah humbug.

Mine makes a buzzing sound when I turn the ignition to position II and it carries on for maybe 20 seconds after I turn the ignition off again. AFAIK it has always done this, so I would say that it was normal.

It's not difficult. I fitted the brackets to a friend's car in a car park with basic tools and the seller of the hardtop helped me adjust it to get a good fit. The adjustments are fiddly, but mainly because you have to keep lifting the roof on and off. Once adjusted it pops on and off easily. Cheers...
