Hi Desiro.
I think mine was thrashed around Huddersfield without it been warmed up I used to work at a Indie Lotus garage with the bloke who did the oil change I took it back immediately and they didn't have a clue. Suffice to say the car never went to that place again..
Good luck
Matt.

Gutted doesn't even come close.. I haven't been able to look at Zroadster since 30th May when we managed to park the car into a telegraph pole and dry stone wall. 30 MPH, diesel and wet road combo did the trick we were going up an incline into a right hander there was nothing we could do to keep the...

Thanks Robert it bloody should be? John 1st thing i did was disconnect the MAF which made no difference. I thought about a vaccuum leak but i couldn't see this being the case with the loss of power. Hi all
MOT due Saturday and now i have a fault on the ABS.
Fault indicating to a rear valve on the abs pump will this be the pump or perhaps dodgy controll unit? Anybody had this and what did you do?

Blimey what a transformation!
Takes 3/4 hr. Only pain is getting the clip to come away from where it locates in the fire wall, brute force required here.
I honestly couldn't belive the difference this makes if you haven't checked yours S50 owners i would do.. NOW

Hi Guys, just had my Z3M renewal reminder from Footman James for a comprehensive policy. £374, not too bad me thinks, only downside limited to 3,000 miles per year. Its on a classic car policy for a 39 year old guy. I Thought the car had to be at least 15 years old to qualify for Classic car status...

Hi Soma No mate, i did ask about the integrity of it and it didn't concern him. I think that the problem lies with the spot welds so that has been sorted/eradicated so i think the rest should take care of itself to be honest. Should fit with no adverse affects to idle or create flat spots. Try disconnecting the MAF sensor as well to rule that out (I'm assuming you fitted the small breather filter) Yes small breather fitted i think i will have done something daft when i look at it again like put the MAF the wrong way aro...

Calling all Simota Users
I have just fitted a simota unit and i have a terrible idle now 500rpm and as lumpy as hell the motor does stall and throttle response very poor (presume due to idle speed)
Is this just a case of dialing in a idle rpm or was yours ready from the off?
Matt
