lowering springs
does anybody have any experience of AC SCHNITZER lowering springs, quoted drop is 38mm rear and 48mm front, i can see quite a few other members have a 30mm rear / 45mm front setup, would this cause a problem with 225/40/18 225/35/18 wheel setup?

brilliant to drive although it was engineeringly restricted to 200 kph bout 120 mph wheras the finished product will be restricted to 155mph, and for a car of that size it really really goes 0-60mph sub 5 seconds. At 50 mph the car humms and above 100mph it sounds exactly the same. Comfort was amazi...

brake pad warning symbol
Yesterday a warning light appeared on my dash, after looking on the web i found it was a brake pad warning light, I have had all four pads and discs changed within the last 4 months so i doubt it is that, but not ruling it out. Can anything else trigger this warning? The symbol went brighter and dim...

Unsteady Idle
When starting my car (especially in the cold) i have noticed that the idle is very jumpy. It normally idles at bout 800 revs. At the moment it flickers from 1500 to about 500 where it almost stalls and goes back up. The problem goes after a few seconds of driving. I presume it has something to do wi...
