just had laser alignment on my car with brand new tyres... when my wheels were refurbed at the wheel specialist they did tyers too fitted and balanced and it was 25 quid cheaper per tyre than black circles.... and they get them supplied from micheldeiver tyres.. this look about right lol? :rtm: http...

basically im looking to get an exhaust very soon, found a company who will fabricate one, was going to go the same usual way twin pipes a little bigger.... i was thinking i would get something totally different and unusual that i personally think looks amazing on the civic type r the "toda"...

thanks for all the comments. oh i see what you mean i see these as replacing the clear plastic lense totally with the projector unit but we shall see.

thanks for all the awesome comments! projectors fit straight into the reflectors, although i cant find the link ill put it up later! 180 quid look mint the rears yeah i meant the zm rears sorry badly put over. thanks again for all the comments keep them coming ill keep it up to date oh and anthracit...

mate that sucks, should go through insurance as its probably a write off, seen a few (as we usually buy them and re spray them sell them on.... will warn you now re spraying no matter how much you clean sand etc will usually eat away at the paint and bubble and destroy it again new pannels is best b...

thank god its not just me mine creaks quite a lot really need to blast it with some wd40... its the only annoyance oh and my hard top clatters quite badly over bumps :( but think i can sort that when it comes off...

impressive, im on 27.8 atm but usually sits around 28 area never been above 28.9 but again im a new driver done some short runs and generaly floored it about a lot recently lol!

get yourself a haynes manual and do it yourself, thats what i would do, and have done before on other cars, its relatively simple really... or scrap it get some money back for that and get a new one.

First thing to do would be an Alignment check at a 'Specialist', this should be done every 12 months really, not just Z3's. You'd be surprised the amount of kerb bumping/potholes will knock out the Alignment. on this not be sure to get a laster aligned all 4 wheels as some only do 2 and also others...

is that including giving them the old piece, as you do realize euro car parts are refurbished parts.... so usually dont last as long. you probably know this already buddy just thought i would point out the fact.

what you will probably find buddy is you have got a set of front wheels as the rears are much wider (tyre width of 255 and fronts 225) and fitting will look bad but not terrible really just sit inside the arch more, just hope the offset is the same or they will rub on the inner arch or shock. just g...

my hard top is solid also.
although when my soft top is down i would fit the taneau cover so nothing is visible. those little flappy cover things break easily too.

I have just fitted my hard top and i'm finding a get a lot of wind noise above 60 on the motorway this is very loud, there is also a very minor leak on the passenger side. although the above is correct if your spedo is correct but they are generally about 5mph out so dont worry it just means the past owner is a cheap skate as higher profile tyres are cheaper lol :twisted:
