i really do miss it. saw yours the other week, think it was on a sunday near the new asda roundabout. yeh, hoping to sell the house soon, so hopefully that will free up some pennies to buy another. think 2.8 or 3.0 might be a bit much for me, but would love a 2.0 or 2.2

there was a whole watchdog news item regarding this not so long ago. it was a very high percentage of service books that were now frauds, hence why a dealer service history doesnt count for too much anymore. Unless you can pick a random dealer that has stamped the book and phone them to verify it.

i will be back for sure. just need to get finances back in order. im selling the car, then the house is going on market, so we can have fresh start and clear the debts. if can get enough left over from sale of house, i will def be back.
i will be devastated when this car goes, but needs must sadly :(

mine is for SDP commuting and business use too. with protected NCD at 10 years - legal cover aswell. myself and named driver with 3 speeding points in 2007. costs £300

mine too went up this year, my renewal price was cheapest i could get. i ended up paying £300, which is £60 more than last year. thats with 10 years no claims discount and hubby as named driver who has 3 points for speeding.

thanks. im so torn about selling it, be we are in financial **** at the moment, maxed out on credit card, overdrafts etc. this is one of the only assets we have, so needs to go really :(

the 323 is a newer car - 3 years newer in fact, only one previous owner. the mpg is about the same as i get for the zed, and would get around £1500 back from selling the zed, and buying the 323. the insurance increase is only minimal aswell

yeh it is pampered, used everyday-rain, snow and sunshine. im just at point now where i dont have any money to do anymore tweaks to it, and we have serious debts :( have spotted a 323i today that i have really fallen for, so if i can sell mine for right money, then thats my option.

I am now with Admiral on a Multicar Policy. . . . . . . . it saved me a fortune. Daily driver renewal was £499 reduced to £278 and the Zed reduced from £289 to £218. Both were with the same excesses, annual mileages etc. There are 2 other cars on the policy, my wife's and my son's and both of them ...

my central locking works with the key, so yes im guessing your should. If i undo from drivers door, it just does both doors. if i undo from the boot, it does boot and both doors

mines a 1.9 z3 1997, i also have 1 key with torch on. was told it wasnt remote locking. howver there should be a fob for the alarm, but mine is missing

ive just had the same thing, some rattle under the car, that was worse on slow speeds. got hubby to look under car and he said heat shield is loose between exhaust and fuel tank??? so thats something to check for
