do you have any pics of them on your silver car jontt? also, can you tell that the carbon effect badges aren't actually carbon? i was thinking about changing my badges to carbon fibre ones a while ago but with four body badges, four wheel badges and a steering wheel badge it worked out pretty pricey!

glad you got it back and have a good holiday! the thing from the centre console is a switch for the electric roof on my (i assume yours would be the same?) and for the black bits around the door handles you can pic those up from various other BMW's at a scrappy. good luck putting it back together an...

i managed to come up with a solution to covering the tyre whilst painting today. first i tucked masking tape in between the tyre and the alloy and folded it down onto the tyre (still couldnt get it to stick) and then i used brown packaging tape to cover the tyre and hold the masking tape to the tyre...

cheers zed carer, i tried similar by putting cereal box card inbetween the tyre and the wheel but it didnt work as well as i had planned and kept falling out! i'll have to try something a bit thicker i think and i'll also try buying a new masking tape because the one i used has been lying around for...
