I don't know how you didnt manage to do a lot more. I have a compagny car and since i have my Z3M (nearly 6 monts) i have already 4000 miles :lol:

Force yourself to use it when the weather is nice and you will give you a lot of enjoynement :wink:

I have done my suspension change on my car. The rear suspension is really easy to change and take not more than 45mn for shock + spring. For the front shock it's a bit more tricky with the bear front the anti roll bar but not that hard. Since i change my suspension my car is really a new on the chas...

Yes i was doing a mistake, i have read the paint ref :D anyway i have order some KW Variant 3 coilovers for my Zed.

I planning to change my cluthc hose for a better and to but some good brake pad (i'm thinking to get some DS2500)

Hey Mark,

i know already how work a coilover but you still have a range like for ex : 30mm to 60mm etc ...

but i found that the KW are doing only 20mm on the back which is good enough for a good price

The problem still the same with the coilover they lowering too much. The point about the adjustable platform with the coilover is that you can also RAISE the ride height, basically you can dictate the amount of lowering with the stiffer spring rate. I think i will try to find some springs from the Z coupe, they are a bit much stiffer than the standart M roadster.

Stiffer srping without lowering too much

It seems to be a kind of impossible mission for a Z3M. I'm a bit worried with my strong strut rear brace then i dont want to have my car very close from the ground.

Have you got any idea where i can get something who lowering the car not more than 10mm ?

If BMW have buy a range of car with engine it isn't for fun ... When i read some stuff like M version didn't worth the money etc ... I found that funny.

The only thing is this car is good (i didn't that the 3L isnt good) but you get the ultimate Z3 in my opinion (with the running cost i admit).

I decide to start easy then i will change my tyres ( i still thing on which brand/type to buy),my shocks for some Bilstein B6 and but a front strut brace.

The only thing i struggle is to find out some spring who lower the car of 10mm (i dont want more than that).

Handling improvement

After my travel to the Nurb, i have see that i a lack of confidence with my car due to the way the car behave.

I would like to get the car more stable ( espcially on the back).

Right now i have only a rear strong strut brace. What is your suggestion :?:

i'm trying to find some wiper for my car but it seems to be unpossible to find any big brand kit for the Z3 (like Valeo or Bosch).

Did someone have try to use a Serie 1 kit (same dimension as the Z3) ?

i'm coming back i have spotted a nice set of RC wheels for a good price but they are 8.5 ET 38 which will not work on the back.

Some who is much clever than me can tell me which size of wheels spacers it will be required ? :D
