Well it's happened. I have sold my Z  Not because I didn't like it, (actually loved it) , not because it was breaking down and having lots of problems (ran sweet as the proverbial) but because whilst also having a 1 series the hassle of running two cars twisted my melon man. I have not b...

Starter Motor Problem?
I have the same problem, enquired at a dealer and was quoted £431. Asked at my local garage and they said it was a pig of a job because it's tucked away at the back against the bulkhead. Don't have the tools/ability to attempt myself so will have to bite the bullet me thinks :bawl: Let me know if yo...

Guy's thanks for all the comments. It is maybe a case of just fancying a change, but then when I look at what is available I keep thinking about sticking with what I have. Have been toying with looking at a TT 225 quattro, but have seen so many mixed reviews/comments that I don't think I'll bother. ...

Z3 / Z4 Opinions Please
Hi, looking to move my current '99 Z3 for another Z. I am looking at the 2.2 Litre but should I go Z3 2.2 sport or Z4 2.2i SE? Would be grateful of any experience/opinions people have regarding this. I am more than happy with my 2.0 Z3 which drives great but with 112k miles on the clock I am looking...

Well done, you observant people, there was a 944 with them too, rather like other Beemers going along to the Z cruises. We had the classic one of the enthusiastic guy in the 914 to the right of my Z looking at the picture who was revving the b*%$$ocks off his car when they came to leave only to stal...

Just taken a quick photo of the new wheels bought from W4tkins. They will alow me to have my M3 contours refurbed. If anyone can recommend a good wheel refurbisher in the West Mids it would be appreciated. They need re-rolling to take out some flat spots and then refinishing. The new wheels have rem...

Titan, thanks for the info. I'm going to the Limousin region, east of Limoges about 40mins. Excellent for top down driving.
