http://www.Autohausdiagnostics.co.uk Wigginton, York come with a fine reputation. Both owners are well respected BMW/castle trained mechanics, I have several mates who speak very highly of them.

Not had need to use them yet but will let you know how I get on when it's service time.!

Spotted no fewer than 5 Zeds (2xZ4s and 3xZ3s Roadsters) in the 20 mile stretch of A59 between York and Harrogaté last night (airport run!) Think the waves went unnoticed, partly due to the torrential rain.

Think North Yorkshire is rapidly becoming Zedshire, can't move for them!

Was just leaving the white rose centre (don't ask) when a black Z3 pulled up, sorry, didn't get much of a look at the car but the driver and her mate were stunning :P

Loved the fact that she wouldn't try to park it with me gorping at her and had to wait until I'd driven off. :oops:

I hear that the maintenance on such devices is a bit costly :? and that they let off a funny smell if you leave them lying around for too long in the front room.

Best to hang a tennis ball from the garage roof that hits your windscreen just before you hit the end of the garage!

Well, most would say that life's too short to clean under the bonnet, but I love a good clean engine bay so I took to her with a rag and a can of WD40. I then decided to have a go at the corroded strut braces, didn't want to spray them as I know that they would quite quickly return to their old stat...

Just had a drive out to the Howardian hills/Helmsley/Rieveaux there were Zeds everywhere. Finally got some photos taken, complete with a front end covered in squashed flies, so will get them up soon.

Have checked paperwork and it is sterling grey, as you say, deffo not green, blue etc so we'll call it silver just to fit in with the York crowd!

Guess I just meant it's not pure "bright" silver like yours, which may I say: looks fantasically bright, nice motor!
