That actually looks quite good, however its rear fitting only which to be honest is the wrong end to be fitting sensors as far as the Zed is concerned! I've come across this kit for £50.00 which uses an electromagnetic sensor, this fits inside a plastic bumper and needs no holes drilling.

The prices I've had from the first Indi, seem more like dealer prices, so I think I'm going to give the second guy a try.

My Bluetooth OBD interface turned up today. Small problem the software disk was smashed to pieces and the plug on the interface is distorted so it wont plug into the OBD socket in my Z. Last year she paid £120.00, renewal price was £ 253.00.

Thanks for the replies. That number is right, at least BMW parts think so. Having it fitted by my local Indie, and the head light bulbs at the same time for £ 35.00 Which is why I was trying to remove the filter housing in the first place, to get at the bulbs. What a fiasco, never touching the blood...

The website contradicts itself. Bottom 10 Worst it's listed as 4th, but if you go to Ratings page, and select type of car convertible, then the are 8 cars considered worse than the Z3. :?: :?: Noticed that it's also Warrenty Directs rating, but if you click on Z3, the user ratings have it as good.
