Headcorn Aerodrome picnic Sunday 24th July
As this warm weather is predicted to last through the weekend, I thought it would be a good time for Kent Zedders to meet up. So we are meeting up at Headcorn Aerodrome with @Burrie for a picnic. If anyone wants to join us, just come along for some Zed chat from 12 noon. Plenty to see at this Aerodr...

I and another Zedder are meeting today at the famous Sovereign Light Cafe on Bexhill Seafront TN39 3DX. We are testing a cruise route to The Roedean Cafe in Brighton via Beachy Head.

Exactly the same as mine Gary, it wouldn't hold the charge. I couldn't open the car with the remote, I had to use the key. Another strange thing that happened after l got a bit of charge in it, was as l drove and put the lights on the mileage display went out.

I had this happen to me last week. Battery completely flat, I charged it up enough for me to start it, but the fuel, temperature and rev counter would not work at all. After being advised to take the earth lead off for a while and then reconnect, they all worked again. As the old Halfords battery ha...

Very nice Gazza, I watched a re-run of Wheeler Dealers working on a Z1 the other day. They took off all the panels to re-spray them and also re-tensioned the door as it wasn't working properly among other things. Might be worth a search to find the programme if you haven't watched it yet.

I agree with you motco. If I buy a car now in the middle of the month, even if that car is taxed for that month by the seller, I would have to buy road tax from the start of that month before I could drive it on the road. Looks like a win win for the government. Just about to sign the petition.

Re: iPhone 6 Preordered?
Just read the USA Today newspaper and it has got prices for the iPhone 6 due to go on sale here on September 19th.
iPhone 6 starts at $199 with 16GB, or $299 with 64GB.
iPhone 6 Plus starts at $299 with 16GB, or $399 with 64 GB
Looks like Rip Off Britain (ROB) still exists.

Hope you manage to do the factory tour in 2016 Dave. At £15 it is very good value to get an insight to how a modern car plant works. Hopefully by then they will be making the new i8, we were lucky enough to drool over it at the start and end of the factory tour.
