i have similar case before but my case was only speedometer working. I replaced the coding plug which is located behind the instrument cluster.
My case was showing "ERR EPP-2"

Thanks so much. Actually my car is 1997 z3 and using part no.61311380310 "13" in the diagram, but i would like to change to the switch "16" only for looking better "i think". Do you know can i use the "16" to replace mine?
