Most annoying problem with the Porsche is the alarm. Impossible to test this when viewing, but mine kept going off in the middle of the night and they are LOUD! Braking judder has now been resolved, so she drives perfectly again :o)

This was caused by some surface rust on the rear of the front right disc (not wheel bearing as the garage first suspected). So I now have a brand new spare front wheel bearing to include with the car (£100).

I think so, but you will need to use a passenger occupancy simulator (such as this http://www.bimtronics.com/ ) since the occupancy sensor is only installed in the passenger seat, which will become the drivers seat for you.

I think you can find cheaper simulators on ebay too..

Yes that's everything. the only other thing you might need is a relay for the heated rear screen. You can pick these up for a few pounds on fleabay. When I repaired mine, I found that contact adhesive was used originally to bond the fabric down. So I used this and it has been fine for a year now.

The fabric on mine was long enough to slip under the plastic though..
