The indy said the bushes are hydraulic and do have movement but will check them? Are they easy to change, I think it'...

2.5, do you know the most likely cause of the oil leak, it's dripping near the front pulley.

I eventually bought a carwith a few faults.

I've been looking and asking for ages but eventually found a car on Facebook that had been advertised months ago with no response. One previous with 80k, dimming mirror, climate and stainless trim, that's it. The car had an annoying high pitched noise under light throttle, I've traced it to a rubber...

Re: What does "traction is enhanced" whilst in sport mode me

Sorry about going on about this but I'm just trying to work out what's happening. Southernboy. The manual does not say, "Traction Control is enhanced" it says "Traction is enhanced". I understand enhanced traction to be better grip. Does this imply that without the "Sport bu...

What does "traction is enhanced" whilst in sport mode mean.

I've just downloaded the BMW user manual in anticipation of a Z4 2.5i 54 plate purchase. I understand what sport mode does but it mentions in the manual "traction is enhanced" How does it do this. Is the diff controlled electronically or does it just speed up traction control? Also a littl...

Thinking of buying this car, unknown spec advice please.

My first post to this my newest forum. Thinking of buying a Z due to a mid life crisis. I've found a car and the seller is vague as to it's spec or extras. He tells me it has a sport button, and then he mentioned heated seats button. Car is 04 2.5i with 92k miles. Full service history. What does Spo...

Price sounds ok, but of course a car is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it! If you like it...

Regarding the price, I have always been interested in the car and now it's for sale he's asked what my best offer is. I told him I don't have a lot and started the bidding at £2000. He came back with £4995.
He's a retired engineer, so I don't think it's been abused?

I've just types his registration into DVLA and it comes up with 2200cc.
This forum is right, my neighbour has been misinformed.
BTW, he tells me it does not have AC. Is that good or bad?

What about it being a auto, good or bad?
