I know this might create a backlash but from my experience, EBC pads are a bit naff! If you want good pads use either Mintex extreme or Ferrodo Ds2500 or Ds3000. I have tried all these pads including EBC and the Ferrodo and Mintex pads are league,s ahead. I admit they are not cheap but they are by f...

You have to slip a long thin flat head screwdriver in at right angle and feel aro...

Try and get a 3.0 if possible best bang for bucks, unless you can afford a lovely M. :D Gearbox can suffer from rough gear changes but that should not put you off they dont all have this problem and you can do things to sort this out. Ive had my 3.0 for a year now and its been great, very reliable a...

When the cars leave the factory they have a base map for european conditions , ie fuel octane ect all a remap does is release the power the engine has from the factory its not magic! These are mass produced engines churned out by the thousands, BMW have targets to hit and one of them is not refining...

Yes, size does matter to some people - but have they ever thought about the resultant ride quality, or the rik of rim damage on the Uk's pothole-strewn roads? I doubt if any of them have ever exceeded the grip offered by a standard wheel, and probably only drive in town anyway. It depends on if you...
