The quality of reception is not just aerial dependent but will vary with the sensitivity of the front end of the head units that the aerial is connected to. The Citroen aerial works fine with the Clarion head unit in my Zed and also works well with VW radio in Passat and OEM set up in Corsa C. Exac...

This thread is full of technical nonsense. 'Oer driving' a speaker WILL NOT cause poor sound quality. Poor sound quality is caused by an amplifier 'clipping' the signal as it is under powered for the amplification levels being requested of it. Also, ignore wattage figures, they are useless for the m...

Just want to give you all a big recommendation for your hood protection, recently bought and used G Techniq i1 Smart Fabric on my hood. http://gtechniq.com/shop/3s-for-cars/interior-coatings/i1-smart-fabric/ It is truly as epic as the below video makes it out to be! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9r...

I've read lots on here about the various versions of the big bore inlet mod for the 2.8 (both single and twin vanos) but cant find anything definitive on doing this mod on the 2.0. Has anyone done it? Is it worth doing? I have also googled it and only found one comment on it and that was someone say...

the footwell amp is what is known as a 'power amp' and it in simple terms, is the muscle. The volume control on the headunit adjusts a low level (normally line level) signal which it sends to the poweramp, which then increases it by a fixed rate upto 'speaker level' so that is the correct level to d...

I would love an under bonnet brace that actually fitted properly on the M43 engined Zed, however it can be Zed specific even with the same model. I've been through 2 e-techs and a cheaper unbranded brace all supposidly for the 4 Cyl models. The e-techs were good but still had to modify to fit aroun...
