Iphone mount
Any of you mounted your iPhones around the dash area? Currently I have the cable running to the centre compartment between the seats. Was thinking about using a sat nav app and trying to think ov thr best place to mount it without having wires running everywhere.

To be honest it was really easy. Put them in the oven at 90 for about 15 mins then you can pull the headlights apart. Once that is done, the lenses just pop out, there are two clips holding them in. I didn't replace with anything and I'm happy how it looks. I will post pics up later if I get to wiri...

Angel Eye Install
As I have had some time off this week I thought I would sort a few things with the zed one of them being de-tango/fitting angel eyes! All done now and headlights back in the car but I haven't wired the angel eyes in yet. I'm sure I read on somebody else's thread (which I can't find now!) that the wi...

Alarm Problems
I've been having some problems with my alarm again recently. It just keeps going off randomly! Previously it was a problem with the sensor behind the stereo. I changed the stereo and forgot to put the "finger" into the sensor. Anyway that was the 1st thing I checked and the finger is still...

My boot has stopped locking and unlocking with the central locking. I have to do it manually at the boot. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? Cheers

Sill removal
I need to remove my sills as they are being repainted. Is it just a case of removing the screws, or is it more complicated? I have a 1.9 1999. Thanks

Does anyone know of a decent angel eye wiring guide? I have had a search and found a fitting guide but would like a guide for the wiring. Thinking of installing them this weekend.

Yes I did Tim, I think your pics helped me make my mind up on the AC's! How much is your car lowered by? I was looking at 45/30mm Great classic choice for the Zed  To be honest the difference between 17s and 18s is discernable, 17s will look great, if you havent seen my pics already some here I...

Photo Request!
Im looking at getting a new set of wheels and think I'm going to go for AC Schnitzer Type 3's. I have seen a set of 17" for a fair price and was hoping somebody could post up a photo of a set of 17's on the car. I have seen some guys z's on here with 18's is there much of a difference? Cheers

Cheers siwilson! I think that is the problem. I had the stereo out earlier and fiddled with the microswitch and it has been ok since! Hi Evs87 We have had exactly the same problem, all the other micro switches are fine, however we haven't checked the one behind the radio. Is your hood now wo...

Cheers siwilson! I think that is the problem. I had the stereo out earlier and fiddled with the microswitch and it has been ok since! Alarm problems!
For the last couple of days my alarm keeps going off within 5 mins of locking the car! It's very annoying! I have been locking it manually to bypass the alarm. I have disconnected the bonnet sensor and also checked the boot for water which I seen mentioned in another post but still the same! I have ...

Operation De-Tango!
I am thinking of detangoing the zed when I take some time off this summer. I've read through a few guides and have seen some mentioning leaving the clear lenses out. Has anyone done this and if so could you post some pics for me to see?

I thought idle speed shoould be about 800-900rpm I could be wrong, just does not feel right. I have looked around the forum and net and people suggest cleaning the ICV. I have seen ...
