Taxed my roadster on 1st April, was hoping for a few months driving before selling the car this summer, due to dog and wife both not fitting in the car, wife didn't like being left at home all weekend!! She nearly made me sell it last year, but I resisted and had one more enjoyable summer. However o...

Re: My 2012 Euro Cruise
Now I have my photo issues sorted, here is a few more photos from the trip. After our stay in Millau we set off for Cannes (took a slight detour via coastal roads). Once in Cannes we rested the car for a few days and spent some time on the beach and exploring Cannes. After a couple of days we then s...

Alloy wheel refurb
I am soon to have my MV2's I purchased for my Z3 a few months ago refurbished.
I am a little confused what finish to have though? What is the standard finish these wheels have?
I have seen lots of different finishes advertised - hyper chrome, mirror, painted - very confusing!

Re: Ready for summer
I am currently trying to decide between route napoleons which would probably include gorges du verdon or down to Millau and going across and under the amazing bridge. I probably won't have time to do both, if I do Millau I can then do a drive along south coast to Menton or Monte Carlo. Thoughts peop...

New exhaust
I posted this on performance forum a few days ago. I am looking to get a new exhaust for my 1.9, I would like something that has a bit of a sporty growl and that looks nice, possible a twin pipe. Can you suggest anywhere in the Kent area? Would a custom made exhaust be my best choice? Do I need to r...

New wheels
I have a pre facelift 1997 1.9 Z3.
I am looking to replace the standard 16 inch alloys with some new bigger wheels. Will 18 inch wheels fit without too any problems?
Also I have seen a nice set of MV2 alloys but rear wheels have 255/35/18 tyres (fronts are 225/40/18) are rear wheels too wide?

New z3 owner - lots of info needed!!
I have just purchased a 1997 z3, and am loving it!!! I am however looking to do a bit of work on it but am not very mechanical!!! I would like a wind deflector, I do not have roll hoops. The deflectors I have looked at seem to need taking out parts of interior or screwing and bolting in. Are there a...
