the insurance should be ok, the way the seat occupancy works is that if the seat is not being used the passenger airbag doesn't deploy this is done a measured resistance. the device when fitted tells the on board system that the seat is occupied all of the time & would deploy all airbags in the ...

it could be worse, mine last week rear springs fractured nearside brake caliper binding and rear tyres wearing on inner plus nail in front tyre (advisory) £524.88 thank you very much :cry:

thanks for all the comments, cleaned and reproofed the hood this weekend (autoglym) next thing replace bust rear window. some time before may (mot) got to sort the passenger occupancy air bag light, hopefully a resistor bypass plug will do the trick 8-) otherwise the new mot regs will fail it & ...

thanks for all the welcome's, its a lovely feeling hearing the 2.8 engine note 8-) . however yesterday morning i did some thing really stupid by lowering the elec hood (original hood ) and split the rear window :cry:
patched it up with clear vinyl tape at the moment, new window soon.
