Hi guys had my roof down for maybe last time last fri, when the roof was halfway back it fell like a stone I can hear the motor going but nothing happening, the roof will open and close easily by hand , any suggestions ? may now be a job for next summer now tho 2,0 facelift cheers guys

Hi mine was the 16 valve 140 bhp, but id be more than happy to bet on a drag race against a 1.9 having had both for more than a year !

I had the 1.9 and now have the 2.0 facelift now i might have had a dodgy 1.9 but i dont think so, i find the 2.0 is considerably quicker by far, one thing i will say is that the 1.9 had a little more punch on the motorway at high speed the 2.0 takes a little longer to get there but it does get there...

Hi guys. slight problem hoping someone can advise, noticed a pure petrol smell in the car, happened to fill up when i opened the fuel filler cap, there was petrol in the plastic well that wasn't there before drained it off checked few days later and there again any help appreciated cheers!!!

wobble sorted !!!!!!!!!!
sorted out wheel wobble front pads sticking on, first realised something was wrong when the car didnt roll back on an incline, shortly after had the wobble
touched brakes and wobble went, took foot off brake wobble again, plan to get the front wheels off and lube the pistons.

had all the fuel lines checked all seem fine, not had the smell for some time, maybe wondering if it was indeed the tank being full and leaking a little or maybe the cap wasnt on tight. as for the wobble not had that for a week now someone said may be a slightly sticking brake caliper or pad stickin...
