Re: Silverstone Classic 2014
Where are we meeting up at Silverstone on saturday morning and at what time? We will be travelling from the north so will not be joining the convoy from the south.

I'm interested depending on date and location. Door adjustment & underbody (wheel arch) renovation / panel repair would be interesting for me.

Re: Z1 attendance at Silverstone Classic Saturday 27th July
We're travelling from the north so we'll be driving straight to silverstone. Does anybody know whether the intention is to group all the Z1's together?

Thanks. I did notice after I had submitted and re-sent against 2013. I must have been suffering from brain fade at the time.

Z1 Engine & Gearbox For Sale - Offers
Both have done c80000 miles.
The gearbox is good and quiet. Comes without gear stick.
The engine: has been overheated, but there was no oil in the water or water in the oil but it does pressurise. Is almost complete with ECU. Almost New thermostat but no temperature sender.

Re: Help - My car is cracking up!
Hello Paul,
Many places (bodyshops) can repair these cracks. They can plastic weld and paint them and don't even need to take the wing off the car. I'm sure taking the wing off, or at least releasing, would make a better job in the areas where the wing comes into contact with another component.

Re: z1 wiring diagram ETM
Hi Peter, The only diagram(s) I can find which are anything like are in a Haynes manual. They are accurate to a degree. In my wifes Z1 I have found that wiring colours are not always consistent; possibly where previous work has been carried out. Mike

Apollo, thanks for responding anyway. Re: 330 engine & manual box in a Z1
Hi Bruno, I to would like to fit an M3 engine + DKG box if I had the available funds but for now its on with the E46 3 litre + 5 speed manual box transplant. Hi, I'm currently putting a 330 engine & manual box in my wife's Z1 and as has been indicated by others it's difficult to get people to share information on this site. Can anybody please suggest some sites where I am likely to get a response. Thanks.

330 engine & manual box in a Z1
I would very much appreciate it if somebody would share information / pictures on how the 330 box or any other, not Z1 typical gearbox, can be secured to the existing Z1 "Torque tube" or alternatively how both can be supported independantly.

Hello, does anybody have experience of replacing the Z1 M20 engine with an M54 330 engine and 5sp manual gearbox from an E46. Any advice & guidance would be much appreciated.
