Hi Michael ,i got a zunsport front grill last year & i'm very pleased with it ( it finishes the look on the front ) they make 2 sizes of grille dependent on year of z , mine is the larger opening on 2002 2.2.

very nice woody, hoping to get my chrome hoops on soon if the weather stays nice.

Hi Mark it might just have some thread sealent on the plug, using an extension bar will give you more contol to remove it gently, good luck

yes not bad sound, better when revs high , i bought new bottom front grille from zunsport but when i tried to fit today it was to small , now have to get replaced . might fit scoop behind grille & connect to existing air hole & then connect inside with tube to air filter . pete

now fitted k & n filter & heatshield, works fine . could see how to get new a new air flow pipe through ? no room ! . any suggestions ?

ive bought a heat shield that clips onto k & n filter but its not a box, just curves around on engine side . pete

can anyone advise if you can buy heatshield box for 2.2 z?, im going to fit a K & N cone filter or do you have to make it? thanks Pete
