Rear spring interchangeability
can anyone confirm if the Z3 rear springs are specfic to the car or can an E30 or E36 be the same ? Its just that replacement O/E springs for the E30/36 are a lot cheaper to buy. !!! ???

Done it ! fairly easy to do, had to destroy the old ones in situe to get them off.
Driving impressions.....well, slight improvement i would say, steering still tramlines, I guess adout 50% improvement, worth the effort....well probably not.

Rear spring problem
Just fitted a budget set of rear springs to my 98 2.8 -... big mistake .. Car now handles awfull, lots scuttle shake , wandering , ride hight looks slightly higher now as well. Springs are branded "Anschler". They dont seem to be progressive like the stock ones, coils are the same thicknes...

I am thinking of replacing the notorious front lower control arm bushes with poly type on my old 98 2.8 Z .
