Facelift rear centre brake light
Does anyone know what size nuts are used on the rear centre high level brake light? I managed to lose one of the three into the depths of the boot lid early when I took it off to clean and polish the boot lid.

Well, its back with me, been out and about in stop start traffic and all is good. So far. If that changes, you will be the second to know, the nice man at BMW being the first.

Re: Help, need some advice please
Update.
Its had the smoke test and there was a leak on the crank case valve. This is getting replaced tomorrow by the dealer and then its off out for a test drive, hopefully in the traffic conditions that I've told then several times it occurs in.

They checked the lamda sensors yesterday and they were fine. Its having the smoke test done later this morning. If that draws a blank, I will go down the crank case valve and second hand MAF route myself. Again, thanks for the advice.

Following on from this, http://www.zroadster.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=37664 the car is now back in the dealers, completely baffling them. They are now saying either a new MAF or a smoke test for the inlet. New MAF circa £300, whilst the smoke test, which is done by an external company is £1...

As an update to this, car has been to my local BMW dealers, diagnostics showed fault 171, after some work by them, the DISA valve has been replaced. I need a new aerial gromet, both the part that sits on top of the wing and the part underneath.
I also need a new rear bootlid brake light seal.
Fingers crossed once these are done, no more damp boot.

Alloy wheel re furbishers in Somerset
Can anyone recommend a alloy refurbisher down here in Somerset.
All I need doing is the naff smoked spray removing and maybe the same colour or an anthracite colour applied.
Any idea how much it's likely to cost?
Thanks in advance.
