Re: Driver seat hight adjustment - won't!!!!!!
Hi, before you start to worry about electric connections, seat removal or tilting please read on. Think yourself Lucky that the seat is stuck in high as this will give you much more room to spray WD 40 (plenty ) on all metal in sight. Worked for me, stuck on high and with cluncking from motor. Only ...

Re: Calling all Northern Irish Z3 owners
Hi there Paul, Just back to France after a wee visit to Belfast with my Z.1000 miles covered there and back, nice run. Too many bicycles there at present for my liking but i did spot at least 3 or4 Zs around the city in 3 days. Tells me there must be a lot of you around. Compare that to maybe 3 spot...

Re: Driver side (forward & back) electric seat motor failure
Just read your post Mangoose. I had a problem also with seat stuck in high position, put up with it for a few months and decided i had to sort it. Was prepared to remove seat etc. but read on here about a WD40 cure. Luckily as the seat is stuck in high this gives you plenty of room to spray all movi...

Re: Idle flutter
Hi there Snurdf, Had the same problem few months back, tried cleaning idle valve as mentioned but no joy. Turned out to be the inlet camshaft sensor, changed that and all was well. Fairly easy diy on a 2.2 that was. Good luck.

Rust never sleeps
Finally got around to dropping out the spare wheel and checking out jack use etc. Tyre itself looked unused without the tiny sidewall cracks usually found on old tyres but the wheel was almost welded to the plastic holder. Had to remove lots of sand gravel etc. and ended up sanding down and repainti...
