If you are moulding skirts can you get some aero skirts to mould? They are nice but rare. Used normal sills are easy to get hold of second hand now in UK but new fiberglass aero sills would be interesting... I suppose you are right. It would be nice to do it on aero skirts. I have a Gruppe M on mine which I think is similar and there is a very simple solution to prevent rain/water getting in !! Use your Zed like you should and only take it out in the dry !! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk I'll be racing the Zed. So I won't be able to choose the weather unfortunately.

I don't even understand why these "fins" are there.
Purpose wise, they don't do anything.
And it's simple fixed to the rest of the bonnet.

Even the OEM filterbox has a small drainpipe.
I suppose the Simota doesn't have this?

There are different type (sizes) on the Simota box.

I believe the added water is more vapor and it's mainly to cool the air down (also during the explosion in the engine) to get a better force out of each combustion. But vapor isn't solid water. But it is true that I was asking myself the question that the amount of water would be not enough to ready...

I get the impression the Koen wants a HUGE spoiler for aesthetic reasons rather than the down force. What i have seen on other vehicles is that people remove everything inside the cat, but leave the same tubes on the car.
From the exterior it looks like the cat is fitted. Not possible to see from an examiner's point of view (unless it completely fails on the emissions test).

Is it the same for the 2.8 as for an M?
I've seen that BMC also has the same style of filter (Carbon Dynamic Airbox).
Haven't found much info on negative aspects of this type of filter.

For the K&N 57i kit (or any other of the same style), they still get partly hot air.

Thanks for the info. What springs do you have on them? What do you mean with "strut covers"? Now I have a black cover on the strut tower. But there the adjustment screw is on the same place with the yellow koni's. Or do you take the knob off and then put the cover on the strut? Thanks, Koen
