my 3.0 auto at 1500 - 2000 rpm and accelerate nothing happens its like pulling a truck then kicks down 2 gears and all is ok , any ideas welcome, ive heard coils or spark plugs or cam sensor ???

thanx for reply, my only question is, that the battery charger should show that the battery is
knackered , but will take out and get checked, i know its only been in there about 3 years

Hi. Went to start car yesterday. No power to unlock door. Put charger on battery. And it won't charge it . tried on my other car and charger works fine . !!! . its a new charger and says that its not connected to battery . Will 18 x 8.5 et38 & 18 x 9.5 et33 fit onto Z3 3.0 year 2000 ??? i know these wheels are for the Z3M, but hope they will fit ??

After finding out that my 3.0 is running 7 1/2" x 17 all round its time to purchase a new set, do i go 17 or 18 , the price difference is not an issue, 7 1/2 f 8 1/2 r for 17 , what about 18 widths, and tyre size, any styles found that really suit would be appreciated.

Thanks for your info, im going to take the car to a specialist wheel refurb for pricing to get wheels back to new and find accurate rim width, im sure with correct tyres of a decent quality , she will handle as she should ( the Car , not the missus )

will try and look on inside of wheel to see if there is any info. at the mo on anything but perfect tarmac its bloody scary, and living in Lincolnshire thats not very often,

HI all, have just bought my better half a 2001 3.0 auto, the wheels are ac schnitzer type 3 split rims approx 8 1/2" x 17 front and rear,( measured with tyre attached ) front tyres 215/45/17 rear 225/45/17 , are these correct sizes have looked everywhere,?????? goodyear front / cheap rears scar...
