Re: Anyone used bcables diagnostic on their Z ?

That looks to be the same as the BMTechnic cable, adapter and software set that I have. In fact I have a feeling that this is the same company trading under a different name. The Z3 comes under E36 for most things with INPA. Price seems to have come down since I bought mine and it includes another ...

What do you think about a 2-tone Z3?

Finding a hardtop in good nick can be difficult as there are very few around. One in the colour you need will be even harder!
And the fitting kit even worse! How about grabbing any colour and fitting that, once you've got your hands on the fitting kit? Not seen any 2-tone Z3s yet!

Service interval on 2002 Z3 3.0

How many miles between services on these 3 litre cars? Does it depend on how they're driven? Will light driving extend the distance or is it the same however they're driven?
What if you thrash them, will it mean an oil-change much, much sooner?

Exhaust note

Recently bought a Z3 3.0i. The only problem I have found, if it is really a fault at all, is that there appears to be a "hole in the exhaust" sound. It's that pop-pop-pop sound. I've checked the exhaust underneath. No problems showing. Someone mentioned throttle body failure of some kind. ...

Re: BMW Z3 A PERSONAL REVIEW.

A Z3 2.8 EXPERIENCE Mike Fishwick Just like you, I never thought about a Z3 but out of nowhere I fancied one and recently bought a 2002 3.0i. I hope mine will be as good as yours! MPG measured from full tank to full tank gave 32. Measured from seeing the juice coming out of the filler! I thought th...
