Re: Z1 in Carfest South Auction - 29th August
Hi Jamal, Selling price was at the bottom end of what I hoped but I'm not unhappy with the result. I don't particularly like selling cars privately as I don't wish to be tied to being home to show people cars and I know with the Z I would have got a lot of tyre kickers and tourists. I was originally...

Hello all,
My car sold at auction yesterday for £21,200.
I have left a note for the new owner where, amongst other things, I strongly urge them to join this site. I hope we shall hear from them soon.
All the best,
Andy

Z1 in Carfest South Auction - 29th August
Hello all, Thought I'd let you know ahead of it being advertised. My car shall be up for sale in the CCA Auction at Carfest on 29th August. It has been an extremely hard decision for me to put my car up for sale but the reality is that I have had such little use from the car for the last couple of y...

Selling my other motor (not the Z) - CAR SOLD
Apologies for this not being a Z related post. I am selling the other car (Alpina B3 Biturbo) as my employer is furnishing me with an A45 AMG. Given that you lot like an unusual, limited number and head turning motor, I hoped someone on here might be interested. Here's the ad: http://thealpinaregist...

Regarding names for the Lotus tour, thanks to those who have sent their details.
I guess I'm still missing a fair few. I need names before close of play on Wednesday and I'm afraid it will be a case of 'If your name isn't down, you're not coming in'
Cheers,
Andy

Afternoon all,
Looking forwards to catching up with you at the end of August.
I'm afraid I won't make it to the hotel but I'll see you here in Enstone for the LF1 tour.
Jet - we shall need to hook up sometime in mid-July to sort out the details.
Cheers,

Re: Z1 Tour Anyone?
Afternoon all.
3/4 August is no good - shutdown starts on Monday 5th so it is likely that the gates will be shut over the weekend to allow for the beginning of maintenance work.
31 August/1 Sept could be a goer.
Jet - give me the nod and I can make some enquiries

That's the one Jet.
Or Toleman, Benetton or Renault if you prefer.
We have a bit more F1 experience these days and a decent budget but I like to think we're still punching above our weight (nice to have McLaren and Merc behind us in the constructors)

A quick question for those of you who have driven your car on the continent. How necessary do you think it is to have the lights biased for driving on the right? Chaps, Used to be in this sort of game myself. A couple of points to note: 1. Panel fit is a swine and will never be as good as the original 2.
