Try Hills of Burscough between Parbold and Southport.
And Douglas Valley Breakers at Standish just out side of Wigan.
They have broke zed's in the past.
You could allways try one of the internet parts search firms , they do the leg work for you.

Hi Andy Yes mine is a 51 plate so def post april 99 The part numbers are 82 15 9 407 972 models up to 04/99 82 15 9 415 972 models from 04/99 Mine has the stowage bin fitted but the holes are to the left and right of the lid with blanking grommets, the dealer may mean you need to fit the clips under...

Hi I have had the same problem , :lol: you need two of these Valve e36 washer ( same as Z3 ) part No B61.66.1.389.040 cost £1.88 plus vat. You may also need some plastic rivets that hold the sound proof onto the bonnet underside the No for these is B51.48.1.915.964 cost 14p each plus vat . Sometimes...

The alarm goes off but no one around , mine is a 51 plate 1.9.
The battery idea sounds good because I have not used my zed a lot over the winter I will check the battery over the w/end.

Hi Russell Yes you are right with the little unit it gets blocked, a replacment is the only fix . :cry: But good news they are very cheap about £1.50 ish, :lol: I replaced one of mine last year and guess what the other has gone this w/end. So it's a trip to the dealers for me as well. Regards :wink:...

Hi Jules Don,t know if you have Makro warehouse up your neck of the woods but they have a Medion stand alone system for under £200 at the moment. Just been out and looked at mine , just pulled off the plug lead a normal type lead , you can get in at the plug then.
Mine is a 51 plate 1.9i

I think the number in the bottom right hand corner may be the part no try the dealers you may be able to get one to stick in your lid.
