Has anyone any experience with carbon fibre replacement wings. I have (via my brother who lives in Germany) been in touch with a company who make wings and I think all other body parts in carbon fibre.

Re: fuel filler cap bracket
Yes it is the black cup held on with 2 screws. Flap broke and ordered a new one but the cup is a seperate part and they don't have any. Mine broke as I tried to clip the flap into the cup, guess it was old and friable.

Puncture repair
Has anyone had any experience of either the Continental or BMW tyre pump and sealer ( ContiComfort kit/BMW mobility). I am thinking of ditching the spare to make more room when touring. Also when fully loaded there would be no room for the wheel if using the spare after a puncture ( other than sitti...

Tyres
My spare wheel tyre is at least 11 years old ( how long I have owned the car) but more than likely it is 19 years old as it is possibly the original. The other 4 tyres are 9 years old but have only covered about 8000 miles. In the handbook for my other BM they recommend 'tyre replacement after no mo...

Right hand drive
Have just returned from a fortnight on the French Riviera in my Z1. Had a great time posing around Monaco and looking at the fantastic cars parked around the casino area. On returning to England and whilst waiting for the ferry at Le-Havre a guy spoke to me who said that he had a right hand drive Z1...

A few years ago I saw on a German web site (for a company that does various items for Z1's) an add for a glove box. It was quite expensive but I now cannot find it. Does anyone remember seeing it?

I would like to get hold of a few items to keep 'in stock' in anticipation of future problems. Where can I purchase the Tooth Belt and Catch Front Left. I have looked on the internet but cannot see any sites that sell Z1 bits, anyone out there that can help please?

Doors
Can anyone remind me of the procedure for opening and closing the doors manually should the belt break. We are driviving to Spain in July and thought that just in case we have a problem we should know the procedure. I remember reading how to do it in a post some time ago but cannot find it now.

Radio
Can anyone help with a problem with my radio. The reception is very bad and as far as I know the aerial is built into the windscreen. Is there any way of boosting the signal? Has anyone installed a new aerial, I don't want to start drilling holes and mounting an external one.
