Generally speaking, IMO spoilers tend not to suit the retro lines of the z3 and the mild downward slope of the boot, at least the ones I've seen to date. Less seems to be more with the Z.

I really don't know, since it doesn't really snow down under, but I wonder if the different ASC, ASC+T, DSC systems impact on control in the ice? I'm guessing it might be a bit easier if you got a newer model?

Nah, just the rear for that one. There are plenty of shots of the upcoming M around, which shows mildly facelifted front, but not sure if that's representative of the standard facelifted z4.

In any case, it's fairly minor stuff by the looks of the M.
