That is correct...First unclip the 4 clips holding the mirror to the motor. Next remove the 4 phillips drive screws securing the mirror to the alloy arm, next remove the 4 torx drive screws securing the alloy arm to the plastic mirror cover. but I feel the most important issue that you don't have one
tyres with a very low pressure or even high
People don't check their tyres enough, in the wet unequal
tyre pressures can be very dangerous

Always try the grovelling letter. I did a good few years ago with the predecessors of the Environment Agency over fishing license. My friend couldn't be bothered.
