General question

How do you place a picture under the name on the postings & also at the bottom like a signature?

I have tried to post an avatar and it says my image is larger than 6kb but it is less, i have tried photobucket as read in another post but no joy.

Any suggestions?

I've even sat in the car and armed the alarm and moved around and nothing happens
