Thankfully it is just a trick of the light, no great big dents, a couple of minor kerb scuffs but nothing major.

2 weeks off work starting in 1 hour so hopefully plenty of time to get the 3 stage polish out and maybe even whack my new wheels on!

Then go cruising!

i have

255/35/ZR18 dunlops on the back

and

225/40/R18 on the front

seem to do the trick just find.

Like I said the ones in the link are for sale if you're interested.

Hi Benj I have a 2.8 zed to, although the hard top. My 18's are fine, handle fantastic. I love 'em. Although saying that they are for sale at the moment as I am getting some 19 inch ones very soon. One green light to go until the next service. what oil is reccomended for a non 'm' ? I hear all this tuff about vanos but it's all a blurr to me. i've looked at opieoils website but there is just sooo much to choose from. at 115,000 miles i really think i should start putting something a bit better...

Well despite a poor start with two captive nuts in the front crossmember becoming very un-captive freely moving free-range nuts and a snapped threaded bolt off one of the exhaust downpipes the new clutch is in. Amazing - now my car can actually move backwards and forwards without sounding like a tan...

I thought I would be very descriptive in the title so not much else to say!

The moise has been driving me mad for months finally geeting the clutch done.

Anything else worth doing at the same time? :rtm:

I do tend to hammer second and third gear so clutch was never gonna last.

I found the BMW price in dollars and see the speaker I mean but is there any way of knowing the dimensions etc. before taking the door to pieces, just in case i need to order them. I'd rather not have my door trim hanging off for a few days waiting for bits,
