Re: stubborn rear screen

I have to do this quite a lot. Sometimes the window will fold perfectly but I still feel the need to check as there is no rhyme nor reason that I can see. The window seems to fit perfectly. In warmer weather I use a special tool (doesn't work well in cold or wet weather) that checks for creases and ...

Was this the blue car?

If it was I remember the day/minute it went on sale. Pistonheads?

Out of my reach price wise but I thought about whether it was a good investment. Several hours later you were on your way to see it and the forum was full of 'wowser' posts.

If it wasn't blue forget the above:)

I've had zeddie for just over 3 years and have done around 4000 miles in her taking the total to 41k. Apart from a replaced breather hose and new battery she's not wanted for anything but I'm mindful of the fact that she may need servicing at some stage... but when? She runs very well and there's on...

I've read the threads and recommendations for replacement of seat bushes due to movement on braking and acceleration as I have a bit of movement on the drivers side. I've a 3.0i automatic and at 6'2" with the seat back as far as it can go my left leg craves an extra inch of space. There's a lump to the left of the brake pedal in the form of a foot rest and I'm wondering if it can be removed?

Coming at this from a slightly different angle!
