Hi Rooster, yes you did miss out on a beautiful sunny top down 'wind in the wires' day, however you went with your gut feeling which in the end I'm sure was the right decision given your circumstances. Enjoy your 325 Ci and safe driving too.

Just spoken to Sytner in Nottingham, and they confirmed that there is a gasket which isn't sold separately. You have to buy the screw bolt for £9.36 which then comes with the gasket, which is why the gasket is 'greyed' out in the diagram. Part needs to be ordered from Germany which is the case for a...

Right then. This carboned bolt does look it came from one of the exhaust manifolds and ties up with item No12 on the above realoem as suggested by colb, although its not a hex as the diagram indicates. The only way to get to that area is a set of ramps and going up from underneath. These bolts are s...

Hi kjb1 First and foremost, please don't try and twist the mirrors if they are stiff...otherwise the internal casting will shear off! When we did ours, we VERY gently pushed the mirror to get a small gap enough to insert the little red plastic tube from the WD40 can and then zapped it, and then let ...
