Andy, What colour and condition is the bonnet in? Car is a March 1997 Arctic Silver Metallic. Bonnet has a small crease between the kidney grills, small marks either side of the top edges (by the windscreen/door join) and usually minor stone chips etc. I'll PM you some pictures if you like? Thanks

To be honest, yes it is easy, but getting to the hardly mentioned inner bolt is tricky, taking the wheel arch liner out is the best way.
