I'd be surprised if your Ferrari didn't have a 'hard' LSD anyway, unless it's a new enough one to have an electronic LSD by way of the traction control system.

I asked this question at my local BMW dealer a couple of years ago, and was given the reply that "a single wheel roller rig may be safely used for speeds of up to 5mph" as the speed differential between the two wheels is not high enough to cause an issue. l would guess it's a lot less str...

My understanding is that when the pedal travels to the floor like this it is the fault of the brake fluid. I would get some top quality Dot 4 in there with a much higher boiling point i.e. Castrol React Performance - I've got this in my cars. People (unlike me :D ) who regularly get involved in &qu...

Overheating pads will cause fade but that usually presents a hard pedal with little effect. I did a trackday with my Z and had exactly the phenomenon you describe: long, soft pedal after hard repeated braking on a circuit. It took a couple of hours to recover in my case. My 2.2 Sport is a real pain to manoeuvre because of the fly-by-wire throttle. On my fly-by-wire 2.2 I had a Southend on Sea's worth of dash lights occasioned by a sticky throttle body. The computer is a brainless thing and can easily be fooled by incorrect inputs from a range of sensors. Sadly a diagnostic scan tells you little and misleads you a lot.
