If the alarm LED isn't flashing then either it's shot (I mean the LED itself), or your alarm system isn't working at all...

Maybe a loose wire or connection somewhere? Or shot control module?

I can't recommend anything other than taking the whole thing apart and giving it a once-over.

You could also try tightening the roof hooks a tad, if it's water coming in from the corner of the windscreen where it meets the roof. The hooks are adjustable and might give you a better (tighter) fit that will stop the leaking until you can get hold of some gummipflege. IIRC you will need an allen...

A friend of mine is insured with Tesco (I think) and they lower his premium to about a fiver a month when he's not using his car over the winter. He keeps it in an underground garage though beneath his block of flats.

It might be worth asking your insurer if they would do the same.

Max, sorry to say this but in the 4th photo one can clearly see the road through your exhaust tips. Whoever did this for you clearly didn't use a 1to2 adaptor but just welded the tips right on the stub of the original oval tip. Yeah, pretty clean job though considering he used the old style square OBC. I think Ron Stygar did a similar trick on his 01 coupe, replacing the central gauge with the post-facelift round OBC module.

Shame the OBC can't be mounted somewhere decent like inside the instrument cluster...

Get a used replacement from a breaker, such as FAB Direct, and try it out. If it still misbehaves, it'll probably be the sensors :P

BTW if you do get one from them can you let us know how much the going rate for one is?

I put a 10mm Eibach on each my rear wheels (17" x 8.5"), totalling 20mm track widening. Fitted like an absolute dream and a definite improvement to the handling as well.
