I don't think there's much difference cabin space Coupe to Roadster, both feel pretty cosy! One main reason is the seat position is too high - if you can lower it more than the standard lowest setting then it liberates a lot more space. I have done this by removing foam from the seat base.

It looks like the brakes are not worked enough or the pad doesn't sweep the whole of the outer disc. Either way the rear discs are cheap, that rust is fairly established and won't wear away. Good info with the exception of IV(4) IMO - the Ring isn't particularly hard on tyre or brakes (not compared with UK circuits anyway). To start wearing tyres and brakes you've got to be really on it. Obviously uprated pads are a given but that's because the standard pads are so poor.

It's the nature of the gearbox, you won't ever cure it. Sometimes mine is notchy other times it's really smooth.

New gearbox oil is your best bet to better the shift quality.

Z3M diff is unique to the car, the E30 M3 LSD is similar, but believe the Z3M LSD pack is stronger. Not worth breaking an series diff for the LSD as that means rebuild.

£276 would be a good price if it wasn't damaged more than the backplate. Are you sure it is damaged? they are quite tough.

I personally don't really rate then, a squidgy soft tyre with not particularly great grip in dry or wet IME. They've always been cheap though, perhaps not that cheap in that size, but always very affordable. I'd prefer to use Hankook V12 EVO in this range, or Goodyear F1 Asy2 for about £90.
