Just a thought but if you coated the tyre wall with some of that shiny gel type tyre wall finish then the spray won't stick to the tyre wall.

Check out the tyres. If the weight of the car has sat on stationary tyres for two years then there may be some permanent deformation which could cause a vibration at speed. Check for cracking as a tyre needs to be used to remain flexible.

So has mine 2.8 Oct 98.

Actually, one of the rubber feet had become detatched from the metal. I few drops of super glue fixed that. shame it wouldn't glue the seat belt guide though. I think the oily plastic is one of the few materials that SG doesn't work well with.
