I have after market stainless steel on my M and my 911 and both sound great although I will admit the M does drone a little at low revs. Unfortunately I dont know where they are from but try sending a message to Alfie - he has custom pipes on his M and they sound great

looks good - welcome to the group. Ebay is good for the fitting kits, however be prepared to pay £300 for the BMW ones (there are some after market versions that you sometimes see but they dont connect the rear demist). Falkens get good reviews from here.
Personally I am PZERO fan and used tyres on the drive when I replaced all 4 of mine earlier this year as they had a discount for a full set and 0% interest free over 12 months - was a no brainer.

I think you disconnect the battery for safety (poss triggering the airbag, not the light). I have removed the wheel on mine on numerous occasions and the light always came on when the battery was reconnected. Extinguished with an 18 quid resetting tool from flea-bay! Yep - I used these too - my advise if you are ordering anything is to ask for a little extra at the ends - Im not sure how you found them but some of the cuts were only just long enough - I did give them the feedback at the time though so they might have added an extra inch now?
